The Care Concierge of New England offers a free service to seniors to help them find Assisted Living and/or Memory Care for themselves and their loved ones. We start with an initial consultation; then, we develop a list of properties which we are happy to tour with you to serve as your in-the-moment advocate and guide.
Learn More about Placement
Assisted Living is a community-style setting where residents can receive supportive care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Memory Care services involve secured, supportive environments where residents with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias may age gracefully and peacefully while receiving more focused guidance and care.
The Care Concierge is proud to have strong relationships with Assisted Living and Memory Care providers in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, and can help you find the absolute best next step for great quality of life.
How Our Process Works:
Step 1: Initial Consultation
As part of our initial consultation, we want to know all about you and what it is you are looking for in terms of senior care. Making a move to assisted living is a momentous decision, and we want to ensure we have a full picture of what your needs and desires are for the right senior living option.
Step 2: Developing Our List
After our initial consultation is complete, we will develop a list of assisted living communities which may be a match for what you are looking for. We carefully vet the assisted living communities we encourage you to visit, and so instead of a huge list of all the assisted living communities in the area, we may come up with a thoughtfully constructed list of 3-4 properties to see.
Step 3: Guided Community Visits
As part of our free service to you, we will be happy to join you on your visit to as many of the communities on our recommended list as you would like. Some families may find it helpful to have a person in their corner who understands the intricacies of the assisted living world when they tour the communities; however, if you would prefer not to have us along, that's okay too! We are happy to debrief with you after your tours and give you our feedback on your observations.
